What???? I think that the point is clear then... Those that have choosen, that is it. You will not have one exchange for the other. It is cost prohibitive...... It matters not, whether CDMA changes for TDMA or vice versus...
Capital investment has been made and that is it for the time being. If you are investing on some vain hope that T will change or Bell Atlantic changes...forget it, neither will. Root for a football team, otherwise they have made the choice, right or wrong, but no one will reverse the decision......
