O.K., let's review where we are on day four...

1. Intel is quietly outlining the problem, but not the solution. The words "indefinite delay" still hang like a knife over the head of the Rambus investors....but

2. The stock has rallied for the past two days, showing one hour today of real strength with no news behind it...except

3. Samsung rattling its saber by informing the world that it is not going to waste silicon on Rambus parts until it knows it can sell them, which is really bad news.....but

4. Some speculate this is only a bargaining ploy, which it may be...but even so not good, and

5. Everyone on the thread has a source which is sure that the problem is either fixed or unfixable...which is both good and bad news, I guess. So,

I do not have any idea where we are.
