BWAC: Your opinion is well taken, but I don't think, in this case, that insider's sold because they know something company specific to Cypress! According to Reuter's, the drop in Chip Stocks today was greatly exacerbated by the nuke spill in Japan causing an overreaction in the Markets! Time will tell and I'm waiting it out for sure! Cheers!

You Are On Target...anyone who has been a Broom Rider with CY for the last several years knows that the party is likely as not over when TJ bailed...As an experienced Broom Rider from way back (I'm now IFR certified) I watched, then bailed at 27 3/8...This one will see 13 to 15 again...and then it will be time to buy and/or trade...IMHO...
