Are you not the fat boy sitting in the audience on that cheap tape of shareholders meeting who's only position in the stock market at all is FCM? Go ahead and try to deny it. Your pawprints are all over the threads who answer no questions. Looks like FCM going to be a good buy soon below 2. Up to 3 and sell, easy money.

Off topic to bruce hoyt and anyone else to whom this may apply; I asked you a very specific question. My question was for a purpose.I will ask you again, if I have ever told you that I post to any other board under any other name ? There are reasons for internet privacy, if I so choose, I can use any alias I please, anywhere I please, without the worry of you or anyone else publicly releasing any information that is not available in this or any other public forum. It is my opinion that you use these tactics as a means of intimidating a poster into either saying what you want them to, or leaving in fear, or embarrassment. If you do not believe that, I am doing my best legally to make you and anyone else a believer in the reasons you electronically sign agreements with websites. If you turn out to be a poster that has released personal information, I would bet when all is said and done at the very minimum you will have a change of attitude, and learn to respect that privacy. Taking that one step further, if you do turn out to be a poster, whose actions have led to, or who has used threats, I am fairly certain the legal consequences will be more serious. Unless of course you do not live in this country, and even that loophole I would bet will be closed shortly in the World Court, excepting of course in third World nations. That said, if you are so inclined, kindly supply me publicly or privately with any other alias's, you might use on any other stock discussion board of fcm, your email address would even suffice. If you do not desire to release that information to me, that is certainly your right. I will say to you, that some who have posted here previously now know just how serious I am. I also suggest that you speak to any friendly lawyer you may know, or able to find, about Internet Privacy Issues I also request that you pronounce and spell my name correctly and leave your intimidation methods for the privacy of your home, where perhaps you do indeed scare and intimidate some in your family. Some questions to you pertaining to the Public Corporation of Franklin Telecom. I now see that you own shares of fnet corp. Would you kindly discuss the likelyhood and / or timetable for this company to finally be bought public as an IPO. This has been talked about for three years and is still in my estimation nowhere near it being publicly IPO'ed. As referenced below; Message 338558 From my memory, during the entire year of fcm's fiscal 1999, fnet raised a total 55,000 dollars. Do you consider that amount in 1999 as a positive step in taking this fcm subsidiary public ?? On June 18, this year fcm announced that usa talks had ordewred 1000 breeze units from fcm. Do you know the status of that order ? Secondly at that same time fcm said this product would begin shipping in September. fcm has now said it will not ship until Dec., do you know what the delay is in shipping this product ? Do you know currently if usat remains a customer of fcm's. Do you know why fcm claimed in its SEC filing that they have no contracts with any of their major customers, despite the fact that in fnets court filing in May this year, fnet claimed that usat had suspended its contract and payments with and to them. Do you further know the status of those two lawsuits vs. the former ceo and council of fnet ? Do you know currently if usat has paid fcm any part of their outstanding balance ? Do you know currently the status of buswell's challenge to Cisco, Lucent, Nortel and any other competitors regarding this largest Voip network in the world ? Do you also know whether, as buswell also said, if that same network is still expanding on a monthly basis into the next century ? Do you also know why JMBest who is a customer of fcm's choose to list false information on their website regarding the financing of their firm ? Do you also know the status of cybervoz orders or purchases as it pertains to fcm ? Do you further know why that same firm has never completed its website ? Do you know how Starnetworks and telecommunications can be reached ? fcm recently announced the installation of networks for this company, but as yet no one has been able to find this company ? There is no phone number for them, no address for the company and no contact information ? Not to be lost in all this, is the most significant item, what is your idea of earnings this quarter, my opinion is that they will be a disaster I have many more questions for you especially those that relate to the recent finance deal, the cfo's comments on shorting, and the effect of the recent finance deal on fcm's share price.
