Ralph...

They have already managed to buy a quarter million shares in 14 days without driving up the price. You right, they could probably not buy any and it would drift down another nickel or so. However as soon as they start buying they would likely just drive it back up to cash value (around .70). If you want to accumulate shares you have to start buying at some point...hopefully right near the bottom. I guess Haywood picked this point as a good price to start accumulating again. The probably realize that it won't drift much lower than cash so this range seemed like a good price to add to their already large pile of shares (over 3 million).

The Haywood buying reminds me of when they were accumulating back in Nov.-Jan. before the run up.

For example, for the month of December 1998 Haywood was a net buyer of 640,000 shares plus a cross of 500,000 (1.1 Million total). During December Haywood was a buyer every single day (17 in total) and didn't sell any.

If you look at the records you will find they were the top net buyer almost every day. They didn't hide the fact that they were accumulating shares, just like now...the stock started moving up in Jan. and didn't look back until April.

Right now Haywood is just sitting back and letting the shares come to them similar to Dec....if they get them at .67,.68 or .70 it doesn't seem to matter as long as they keep getting them every day. When nobody wanted to sell anymore to them at .66 yesterday they placed a bid at .68. Notice they are always taking the inside bid or close to the inside.

When I was watching in Dec. and it was the same thing...Haywood was almost always right near the inside bid. The way Haywood is accumulating shares is the smartest way to do it.

Best Regards
KEITH
