If the Telecom business produces $4 Millions this year, as claimed, it's worth at least $40 Millions and $20 Millions of it are going to be given away to DHIE!! If EVCM bought a shell in a GENUINE DEAL as opposed to this CROOKED DEAL, it would instead spend $300,000 plus 10% of $40 Milions, or $4.3 Millions. So the balance of $15.7 Millions is given away for free to the holders of the other 10 Millions shares of DHIE!! If you guys fall for this CRAP, you shouldn't be investing in OTC-BB's or should get your head examined.... F. Goelo + + +
