Silverline planning ADR issue

Silverline Industries Ltd has said that it will consider at its board meeting on October 8 the issue of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). Speaking to Reuters, the company`s executive director Kumar Subramaniam said that besides an ADR issue and quarterly results the board will also examine the structure of the Silverline group. It may be recalled that US-based Silverline Holdings Inc owns 51% in Silverline Industries.
