I have always found it amazing that we get these kind of safe harbor comments all the time from companies, and investors for the most part just blow it off, I suspect that they will blow this off to. Now if that very damaging set of words was issued from, lets say Reuters, or DJ, by EBAY directly to the public other cloaked away at the SEC, then one could surmise that EBAY's stock would go right down the toilet, pronto. But of course EBAY would recover from that flushing, much like AMZN has, after they nearly came out and said "We do not care about making money anytime soon" since EBAY has been anointed. G
