Sleeper, <Hindrey may have been in the dark on the subject because of any (or all) of the following: 1. He's out a job when the deal gets done; 2. He's not high level enough for the discussions; 3. He was intentionally mislead by the hierarchy to keep him plugging away; 4. Communications broke down between him and his bosses> Good points and well taken.
