Leigh, I can't take any exceptions to your comments regarding Dell and the article. However, I believe Dell admitted to some of the problems that were discussed in the article. I would have to re-read the article and confirm what I just stated. In any event, I have seen these types of problems before. It happened to a few companies that I was familiar with when I was working in the industry. The important thing is that Dell doesn't let this type of news take a foot hold in the industry. They need to put it to rest asap.

In any event, its now getting late, so I'm going to hit the sack. Good luck in fixing your computer/software problems. If I can be of any help, please let me know.

Lets hope for a good Dell day tomorrow.
