Not sure on that. The company has been so coy about the breakeven level and whether or not it will be achieved this quarter. I hope it will ... but, obviously we want the outlook to be great ... and, I think it will be. Here is a news tidbit ... $25mm+ ... do you think that they have a decent amount of IP at VSEA?

Varian Semicon Licenses Tech To Tokyo Electron For $25M

GLOUCESTER, Mass. (Dow Jones)--Varian Semiconductor Equipment Assoc. (VSEA) licensed patents on integrated circuit manufacturing technology to Tokyo Electron Ltd. (J.TKE) for $25 million.

Tokyo Electron will also pay royalties based on future sales of equipment using the licensed technology, which controls the temperature of silicon wafers during the manufacture of integrated circuits.

In a press release Friday, the companies said the initial payment covers past and some future royalties.

Varian Semiconductor produces ion implantation equipment used to manufacture semiconductors.

Tokyo Electron supplies semiconductor production equipment.
