Well, the FY ended on 6/30, so they have had several months to estimate/lock-in the numbers. I assume that Hotstocks.com 4th quarter projections of positive earnings represent guidance by the company.

The question is how good the numbers are and how much they mitigate the losses for the first 2 quarters. One of the things about 10Ks is that they often just state performance for the year in the headlines. Hopefully, the company will stress the turnaround in the 3rd and 4th quarter.

As the 1st quarter of FY2000 has just ended, I would think we might be seeing some type of projections for that quarter in the next few weeks.

Friday's activity looked pretty good as well...broke 100,000 share volume. Bid inched up to 7/8.

Hotstocks.com says 4th quarter results(ending 6/30/99) will be favorable.

Compared to the non-reporting, non-profitable,non-income generating companies on the OTCBB, HYPD may just have something to brag about. Fully reporting, good business plan, projecting profitable FY2000, and less than 3mm shares in the float.
