Marc--re FLC and Elliott---As I see it, FLC is in the late stages of subwave (iv) of Wave 3--with a target for subwave (v) near 16.50-75---then THAT should be the end of Wave 3---to be followed by a 3 wave retrace back towards 12ish for Wave 4 and rhen another move up for Wave 5----Rule of thumb--Wave 4 often retraces 38-50% of Wave 3 and Wave 5 often is either comparable in length to Wave 1 or equals anywhere from 38%-62% of the Total move from the beginning of Wave 1 through the top of wave 3-----I think FLC is close to bottoming in here, although it may see 12--but should then go to the mid-16's
