This guy Dan Niles is the guy who downgraded MU at $40 a share 3 months ago, right at the lows. So take his analysis
with 2 grains of salt.

If DEll gets to 37 get long 30%; if it gets to 31, get long the remaining 70%.

Maybe Dell found their inside "mole" who was feeding Niles. Niles is on his own now. That would be curious.

wouldn't Niles love to here someone say that.
