Not sure if this reasoning is correct, Sector, but give this a try.... << warrants to purchase additional capital stock of New Access, which, if fully exercised for an aggregate of $2,050,000, the Company would own an aggregate of approximately 60% of New Access's capital stock >> <<The warrants are exercisable in two installments (provided the first installment is exercised) by July 1, 1999 and January 4, 2000, respectively.>> What this suggests to me is that in order to acquire the full 60% ownership, MRVC would have to exercise both installments, the 2nd by January 2000. And perhaps they have so far exercised only the first, prior to July 1 1999. BP
