I have a good ISP so very few problems. When comstock fails to send resets, it has never affected me.

Did Futures Magazine examine the quality of technical support and compare that? No doubt, the feed is very flaky... not to mention all the things like missing bars on the day chart (vexing me just last night), and waiting 5 minutes to pull up a 5-minute chart (like for a period this morning).

I was really surprised at the recent Daytrading Expo, to meet personable, friendly folks at the QCharts booth... considering the non-existence of customer support by their company! Maybe there is some hope, if you're patient enough...

However, for Quote.com to go after and accept that "best customer service" award (in NY) recently is just unbelievable. What a joke! They need to first ESTABLISH a customer support operation.
