ES - The quarterly FED watch and beginning of earnings provides a good time to establish a bottom just above 10,000 and then we can make a flying run to 10,500+ area before we test new lows by mid-late October. This is my expectation at this time, but I have been wrong before. I'd love to be wrong on the upside and make one more run at 11,000 but hard to see as Y2K gets closer.

ES.Bruce, All OT I have computer problems.
My DEL key does not delete. And AOL gives me a message " This program has performed an illegal operation etc...etc..."
I e-mailed AOL. no answer. Does anyone of you know their technical support 800 number. Maybe they don't have one.
I am using someone else's computer.
Do appreciate all the help I can get. This is sooooooo frustrating.
