Mike - This was posted on Yahoo from an individual who received it from Ashton earlier today:

"I got this today,I called company inquiring about things.

Our company is right on target.

1. We will finish our first phase shortly.

2. Our second and third phase will be finished sometime in early to mid December.

3. We beleive as we stated at the annual meeting on September 1, 1999 that once the three phases are complete over the following 12 months we will average $5.0m shares per day or $10.0m revenue shares.

4. We believe as stated that we have a number of the large money managers, large brokerage firms, and other international intermediaries committed to our system.

5. We expect to move into Asia and Canada with our program.

6. We have over $25.0m cash on hand and our financial status is secure because our burn rate is less than $600,000/month.

7. We recently signed a deal with SunGard Brokerage Systems and Belzberg Financial Markets. SunGard represents over 200 Institutional Money Managers and 200 Banks. Belzberg Systems are in over 500 locations including the NYSE.

8. We now have 13,000+ shareholders and a market value of over $175m.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesistate to call me at: 215-751-1900.
