Jeff, Actually, I was referring to pre and post-market. Or to be more specific, pre-market; I don't do post-market. In pre-market, the Trade Rate Hot List works great! It tells you which stocks are getting some action. While not perfect, it also can be used as an early indicator of where a Open Gap might be forming. Currently I'm using QFeed to develop a scanning app that will monitor Trade Rate Hot Lists and Level II to identify trading opportunities, especially Open Gaps. Trade Rate is a key indicator.
