JB, I have felt the same way on several IPO's and have missed the boat every time.

I too will have to buy on the street, my broker is not one of the underwriters. I will buy, the second I can get the shares, no matter the price.

Charter will be a 'hold' stock and in a year, regardless of what you paid for it, the value will be much greater.
