With only 23 trades in USAT so far (my source is 20 minute delayed) it would seem that your purchase should have "took".

Charles, I have my doubts about usat, aside from the issues I have raised numerous times, is the bolded part of the following statement by usat. I believe usat is saying that the deal will close when this leading equipment company sees money in place by a financing institution. Stephen Storey, President of USATalks, said, "The financing arrangement will facilitate rapid expansion of USATalks' private domestic network over which we provide voice-over-intranet telephony services in the continental U.S." He added,"This arrangement is subject to USATalks closing a transaction which will raise additional capital." At any rate, I can't help but wish you good fortune in your purchase.
