Z-Man,

*OT* If this first well is good CWI should be able to get convertible debt financing vs. straight equity, I bet. I have a small position and must confess to only a modicum of due diligence on this one. Thought they had enough to at least complete the current well and maybe even drill the next one.

Obviously not something to bet the ranch on but lets see what happens after they complete this well.
