I don't feel that there's much CTLA4-Ig in the price.

Well they certainly talk about it enough. There are 2 major unpartnered programs (this and the autism stuff) - both pretty risky. Offsetting that is the steady income stream they get from Protein A, which isn't going to be enough to fund them.

I agree it's less risky than say CTII or ARIA, but it's definitely a notch or two up from NPSP or NBIX.

Rick, I just noticed in NPSP's 10Q that on September 27th they 'entered into a definitive agreement for a stock for stock merger with Allelix Biopharmaceuticals Inc. ("Allelix"), a Canadian company. NPS will be the surviving company and the combined company will operate as NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the U.S. and as NPS Allelix Inc. in Canada. . . . NPS will issue approximately 6.5 million shares of common stock to Allelix common shareholders at an exchange ratio of 0.3238 shares of NPS common stock for each outstanding share of Allelix stock. One million shares of NPS common stock will be reserved for issuance to the holders of Allelix options, warrants, and preferred stock at the same exchange ratio.'

Its been a while since I subscribed to NeuroInvestment, but I remember that Harry Tracy used to speak very highly of Allelix. Sounds like a coup for NPSP.

I haven't been a consistent follower of this thread, so apologies in advance if this is old news.
