James, I have to agree with your statement. "Walmart's huge buying power should allow it to undercut the competition's prices..." This is a key point. Buying for the whole chain enables Wal-Mart to buy in MASS quantities which mean cheaper prices. If they can market and sell their merchandise online it is a bonus for them. Next to no product handling, cost reductions.... Good move for the company! Regards,Len
