Mr. McKenzie, Your recent post puts me on the spot in as much that I cannot ignore it although I respect- and concur with earlier expressed opinions that this thread NOT be used for this sort of traffic. However,I cannot let you get away with this without using this same thread to respond. I grant you that there may very well be instances that you are aware of where vigilance at the head of the operating room table has been compromised and,had your remarks been expressed in a neutral form, you would have acted well within your purvue to express your observations. HOWEVER, you abused your privilege of free speech when you made your remarks in a communique addressed to me by name and you leave the clear impression that it may very well be my practise to dilute my attention to my patient with being involved with market related activities. By doing so you crossed the line. Fact of the matter is that I always carry a cell phone with me and there are times it will ring and non-medical parties attempt to call. I answer the ring, because it could be of a medical nature, but I tell the party that I will contact them when I am free. You appear to have a knack to respond favorably the market conditions and opportunities and I am frankly puzzled why you think it necessary to be callous, offensive, abrasive, and abnoxious in order to be noticed. Why spoil a good thing with negative theatrics? I wish you well with your financial endeavors and I also wish that you accept my constructive critique for your own sake. None of us are ever too old to learn, and I say that from personal experience. It has worked very well for me and I gladly pass it on to you. Can we both resolve to put this to rest and restrict our differences of opinion to the E-mail route? Jerry. Ps. Sorry Ms. Hoghead for tagging on to your message. Forgiven?
