good comments and i am thinking along those lines.

the stock should start rising in advance of the actual drilling, how much in advance depends on how much money HDG need to meet the 2nd stage. Quite frankly, i would have thought that the money was already raised so i don't understand this part of the delay.

I'm sure HDG / MLSM want to get drilling as soon as possible, it has just taken so Bl##*y long to get to this stage that a ton of shareholders were hung out to dry for a time, but We should see much activity this Fall and Winter, with SFR in the area as well.
