Tom, Do you know why SCF does not submit SEC filings? I own other off-shore companies and they're fully reporting.

Key point -- The reason why SCF was able to buy Mirror Image and not the venture capitalists in San Jose is that they purchased the company from a Swedish investment group. Investments banks would have been happy to get their hands on Mirror Image.

I'm sorry. I don't understand this point.

Are you telling me the Swedish investment group had Mirror Image, a company with supposed great technology, and didn't shop it around The Valley before shopping it around the resort operator community?

What prevented the Swedish investment company from shopping this miracle of technology in The Valley?
