Scott,

Hate to interrupt here. But LASE is expecting final FDA approval within a week (source: press releases dated 8/9 and 8/11). I think LASE will bounce in anticipation, then sell on the news. The bounce is under way, so I am going to try to catch the sell off with puts. Gotta be nimble in these choppy markets.
