They probably need to vertically integrate like Hillenbrand's. Hillenbrand's makes medical-surgical hospital beds, critical care beds, stretchers, etc., sells you funeral financing and caskets, and puts you in the ground. All they need is to buy out Rock of Ages (ROAC) for the headstones and Pre-Paid Legal (PPD) for the estate and other legal matters.
