Nope, I assume when people think that the US would suffer the same fate as Germany if ever a similar situation arose are not to aware of the challenges facing US corps today anyway.... the US economy could absorb east Germany right now and not miss a beat... in fact the highly educated workforce from there would be welcome... we don't have huge social programs that need to be enacted so the absolute $$ cost would be much lower anyway... Mexico a little different because you don't have the same educational levels but nonetheless ok.... I'm waiting for the Canada annexation he he... anyway the point is the US economy needs labor, the workforce is aging, growth has to come from somewhere
