Bob O'Donnel Radio Show Mentions Micron
At the beginning of his radio show Bob talked about the Rambus problem and the Via Apollo Pro chip set that Micron is using in their new computers. He said that this new chip set supported most of the features of the delayed Intel chip set except that it uses PC133 SDRAM instead of the Rambus DRAM. He also gave some specs on the new Micron computers using this new Via chip set. The bad news is that he said that Via had sustained some damage to its plant in Taiwan. If anyone wants to listen to todays show it is available after 4PM PST today at the following link.
