Actually, that was my point. Investors should use every bit of information that they can find, and I was simply providing another viewpoint to shorting GUMM right now. I think the timing might be better next week after one sees if the usual beginning of the quarter rally occurs (although I don't advocate shorting GUMM at all). The pattern may not repeat this quarter, but I wouldn't get in the way of something that has happened three out of the last three quarters. This is especially true when there's a plausible explanation for it. My post wasn't meant to slam Bill. I was simply trying to provide some helpful information that some readers might not have noticed. BTW, the volume in GUMM is up today and somebody has been a heavy buyer on Instinet. It looks like the pattern is repeating itself again.
