Tony, I was including the embedded serial number issue. It may not be fair because they at least responded quicker than with the FDIV bug, but they still did not jump on the initial hub-bub. Also, I vaguely remember when the FDIV bug came out thinking that this was the second time they'd had a problem that they tried to ignore, but I have to admit that I don't remember what that problem was.
