Table of Contents: SEC Grants Exemption From Rule 15c2-11 for Securities Being Removed from the OTCBB Pursuant to the NASD Eligibility Rule The exemption will permit broker/dealers to publish or submit quotations in other quotation media, subject to certain conditions. OTCBB Eligibility Rule Schedule Modifies To alleviate certain computer system issues asociated with the high number of system changes at the beginning of each month, the OTCBB has decided to split the issuers scheduled to phase-in each month into two groups. Eligibility Rule Implementation Schedule Securities quoted on the OTCBB as of January 4, 1999 will be phased-in to compliance with the new Eligibility Rule based upon the following modified schedule. Eligibility Rule Status Eligibility Rule implementation statistics from July through September 1999. Future Enhancements to the OTCBB Upcoming enhancements currently scheduled for the first quarter of 2000 include DYNAMIC QUOTE DISPLAY - users will no longer have to refresh the screen to view updated quotes in OTCBB securities.
