Actually the analysis of our friends seems to ignore the small fact of debt which flowers, has. You get it for the price of the debt. (which at first glance appears to be substantial, imo) Also, we are presuming that the keeblers stake is actually trading at a fair expected value. I will admit, that I have not looked at how keeblers is trading in this market but given the general overvaluation of the market, I would be suspicious if its current valuation presented a margin of safety for this stock.
I am evaluating but believe the price for flowers will approach my buy point soon enough. If not, oh well
