I heard that too - your summary is correct except for
the above - he did say that about IOM, but because
it is a small-cap stock - not because of problems at IOM.
He specifically said "it is a small-cap, and I don't think
any small-cap should make up more than 2-3% of your
portfolio, they are too volatile" - or something to
that effect.

The 2-3% limit was NOT iom-specific, he only said it applied
here, since IOM is a small-cap.
