Nothing wrong with caution this month. Attitudes
can quickly shift to asset preservation from
asset accumulation. Most equity investors don't realize
that they've been trading currency movements since the
beginning of August at least. Take a look at the charts
for yen, Euros, bonds and stocks-- in that order-- since
that is the transmission mechanism for waning confidence
in base currency earnings. I believe the dollar is
headed still lower and stocks will too. But I've been
wrong before. At least it won't cost me as much as
being fully invested in stocks and being wrong.JMHO.
