Claiming they are taking in a million dollars a year, when they aren't taking in a cent... strikes me as unethical, if not illegal, but feel free to disagree. The SEC doesn't take kindly to such actions... DGIV trading got suspended for similar statements.

I'm looking forward to the public comment period on their 10-SB, should they ever decide to file it. I think GONT missed their promise to file it "immediately following the shareholders meeting". http://www.jnne.com/html/press/1999/082699.html

I doubt the auditors are going to reverse their finding of no revenues. I doubt the company is going to admit they lied about having customers last year, either. Since the company can't decide from month to month whether it has revenues, they hardly seem the "proper authority."

Bill Clinton would absolutely admire Pat Rost's statement explaining how the acquisition of a company that supplied no revenues last year would "improve the profit margins" of JNNE, a firm which had no business in the first place. But perhaps you are right, and GONT press releases should be considered "innuendo" not to be trusted. Sorry for reposting them.

94 days till GONT delisting from the OTC.

Regards,
L.E.

P.S. I imagine that when you see anyone helping an old lady across the street, you run after them shouting "What's your financial motivation? You can't be doing this for free!"

I hope I never get that cynical.
