How to make pork chops... or ... postmortem of a PIG!! Go MCF!!! I agree it went out strong... about time!!! Now if it can gain a little momentum next week .... I figure it must be about time for a good PR (maybe approval of the 20F)???? I've taken a pretty sizeable position (for me) at this point so I hope so <gggg>.... on the other hand if it drops down to $5.40 again.... well I'll probably be REALLY stupid and double up!! My avg. cost is $6.10 so I'm pretty comfortable with it right now. I'm sitting on everything over the weekend... cause I'm a pig!!!.. oink... oink. NNC I'm in at $37.05... I won't let it go for under $38.00. ATY hit $16.15 on the close.... avg. cost $16.05.... might hold it for a few days to see if it starts to regain its past lustre.... my gut tells me that it is ready.... (not the nanos this time.... I thought my brain needed a work out too - LOL). TD.... dah!!! Hit me on the head!!! I've been playing it like a yo-yo the past few days and got stuck at the end of today... it went the wrong way on me. Original avg. cost was $28.25 so I'm still up... but I would have been much further ahead if I hadn't been quite such a pig and bought back in the last time. I think I better go out and buy myself a little pink snout and hang it on my screen... as a reminder!!! I still think it is going up A LOT in the next few weeks... so its OK. COR... I really hope that the dumping has stopped!!! Drives me crazy!! Thought about clearing it out at the end of the day ... very close to a breakeven at this point ... but the MD looked very strong in the lower $10ish range.... "if it ain't going down... it is going up". I figure it will open in the low $11's on Monday... ha ha... we'll see!! This might turn out to be an oinker too though... we'll see.... (On a more fundamental note... I really don't think the Linux thing is worn out yet... some good strategic partnerships still in the works I would guess... and.... I don't think that most investors actually appreciate the potential there is here to unseat Mr. Gates. With Sun's office suite, Seagate handing out really good business DSS/DBS systems for free, etc. I believe this WILL be huge.... and I do think it is Corel's second big chance to get away from being a one or two package wonder!!... gee... and I really don't even love this company - ROTFLMAO. In any event, I think that we'll start to see some unbelievable revenue and volume growth numbers coming out of these Linux firms very soon.... it will be just as hot as the internet for a while!! But then what do I know???)
