I still have the Allstate's open. However even though Aetna appeared to miss the bullet with the judges ruling things are just starting to heat up, between HMO's and Insurance in my opinion. The lawyer WOLF Pack went and are going after tobacco and firearms. HMO's and by association in my opinion Insurance companies like Aetna better get ready for the assault.
