Rudedog & All, here's another potential insider sale:

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Dell Computer Corp. (DELL) Vice Chairman Morton L. Topfer registered to sell 1 million shares of the company's common stock, according to a Form 144 released Friday by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Filings Business News reported.

A Form 144 indicates the intention to sell restricted stock. The filing of a Form 144 opens the door for an individual to sell the shares but does not definitely indicate when the actual sale of the shares will occur or has occurred.

The filing indicates Topfer intended to sell the shares on Sept. 27 on the Nasdaq Exchange. Goldman Sachs was listed as the broker for the transaction.

Stock Bull

PS: Doesn't he know that one should "never, ever sell Dell"? Guess he hasn't gotten the word yet.
