I never actually took a position in CA. Wish I had! Another nice BTTT call...In other words, feel free to short it <ggg>.

You might want to consult this chart: (go here, hit the S&P 500 link, then type CA into the ticker box) investtech.com

You'll see that CA has just dropped out of its short-term trading range, and thus looks shortable.

And yes, when price is in divergence with the oscillator, then it signals a trend reversal.
