I haven't seen the downgrade but I've never thought of ML as adept at picking winners. After the inventory cutback at Toys R Us, etc a while ago I don't expect toy demand to move much one way or the other in the short term. I would expect any negative surprises will come from unexpected acquisition/consolidation costs and ecommerce development. So, if we've got a bad Q headed our way I would think it'd be a good opportunity.

I have no idea how much of an impact the earthquake will have on MAT. I see that Taiwan Semi (TSM) hasn't done much shaking.
