Mike:

Agree that the FED will not do anything. The real news, is that they are behind the inflation 8 ball. From my perspective, it appears to have moved from assets to commodities and now has made it into the wage chain. A big oops on their part, no matter how they manage to spin the CPI. I think CPI this year will be over 4%. Next year I expect it to be over 6%. Bonds will be crushed as people run to safe haven stocks. <somewhat of a g> In my estimation, FED probably has some futures buying plan to avoid letting bubble pop which will only accelerate the tendency of people to view stocks as safe havens as their bond investments take on water. In the end, I think pop for just as they failed in the 20's they will fail here.

On a different note, it appears that some of the bio companies you liked in your last SI piece have gone on sale: lgnd (low 7's), drmd (currently single digits and falling) and today Incy (down 7 ouch). I have decided to dabble in incy at 17. Will add more if it gets to single digits. Are you full up, re-evaluating, or looking to add here. appreciate your info.
