Well E, when the crash of '29 happened it put the world in depression until WWII. That was a drop of 20%. The whack in '87 was 23% and turned around sharply because the country believed in Reagan.

History has already portrayed Reagan as the greatest president of the century. His keen intellect, mission, honesty and basic decency are a standard that few presidents will ever live up to. Any discussion to the contrary is dismissed as rubbish.
