I guess maybe I am hot , but let me tell you why. This is the entire truth. Yesterday I learned that I was named in a suit filed by a Creepy Company, CYOE, after reading the entire complaint.The only mention of what I did was post the following post here on SI. on August 31,1999, I posted the following: " CYOE<-----handily spanked and Tokyo was beaten down like a rising sewer cap, on the private site. It was very nice." Thats it , all i ever said about CYOE, is above there in quoatation marks. ONE SINGLE SENTENCE, is all I did. Now this so-called company is suing me and 250 other SI members, for a slew of things , but as you can plainly see my post could have been done by anyone, I didnt call anyone a crook or a criminal , i didnt alledge fraud or inside knowledge of strange-going-ons. I just know that if A@P were here he would make sure that This Company would take extreme care before doing such outrageous stuff. A@P has put so many companies on notice that such shenanigans will be met with extreme actions. Now the rest of us have to walk around hoping not to get sued because we dont alike a company or question them or have un supportive comments. Do I stil llive in America or what? You may not like me, but if you value your right to speak freely and state your opinions freely, without having to shell out 5,000 to have the BS case dismissd, you also should want A@P , back. This is insane!

Ditto.. All JXM did was express an opinion and this guy calls him pathetic, a bigot and a criminal... What's up his A@P?? Personal attacks are a violation of the Terms of Use... I'm still shaking my head at where all his venom came from.. C PS: And I'm debating on whether or not to report his repugnant behavior...
