Ok lets examine, it is a members only to post site, but anyone alive who can access the internet , can read what is here, so its contents fall under public domain laws and as such, nothing that is posted is free from accountability. Including your jeolous tirade against someone who cannot respond. Your slander and libel is clearly evident because you are one of the guys who would like to keep SI a place to cheerlead the stocks up higher and higher, without a critical voice being raised. Very dangerous place you want. Id consult a lawyer to help you interpret the law in the future, because you are getting fact and fiction all confused.
