Tell that to the judge and jury that just ruled the manufacturer can be sued... maybe the gun manufacturer needs a better lawyer? According to the article the "fingerprint-proof" statement from the promotional literature had a pivotal effect. How about saying "this weapon will not rust from fingerprints" - ahh but no, they probably did some market research and discovered higher sales resulted from the fingerprint-proof statement vs. the anti-rust statement...not that I'm suspicious that it was deliberate or anything
