>>ÿI don't own any iom, however i've considered on numerous occasions to jump in only to be thankful that i didn't.
So clue me in folks. Here i am again considering buying iom. However, many many others are telling me i'm nuts. I'm hearing that iom is on the verge of bankruptcy, profits don't exist, product line is nothing to get too excited about (plenty of competition), management stinks, etc. etc.
So please, give me a reason why i should buy iom now. What has changed or what will change? Look forward to hearing from some of you. <<

Alas, you are pretty much Correct about Iomega. However, there is Speculation going on that IOM will follow the same trading pattern it has displayed for a couple of years now- that is to say, it will start to rise within a month or two based purely on Comdex and 4th Quarter Hype.

Be assured that this play is pure Speculation, but Iomega does have a history of Suckering in Newbie Investors this upcoming time of year only to dash their hopes and portfolios in the process. If you choose to purchase soon, be sure to set a reasonable price target and Sell- do not try and get that extra 1/4 point. You may never get it.

Because IOM will drop once again after the Hype subsides after the 4th Quarter, and Ugly Reality once again imposes itself upon poor incompetent, Revenue-Falling Iomega.
