Jorj, I am so glad you started this thread, because if you had not done so, I would have! I am not that familiar with A@P, but the one-sidedness, the animosity, the lack of manners and common sense from that quarter is apparent to many. When you can see the forest, you realize that constant comment (like the tea!) of "can't defend himself" is no plausible. And when I saw the prices for his site, I about died!

Listen Jorg, lets end this squabble, I think that everyone is allowed to use SI who pays their fee, A@P has never stalked or threatened violence or wanted to hurt anyone, he has had a most colorful past and many( to quailfy him) want to see him back on SI. I was sued for a most innocent post and believe wholeheartedly without a presence like A@P, Criminals and scoundrels will indeed run amok.Scam companies will try to quell free speech and silence their critics.That isnt how the USA became what it is today. You may not like him but he still has a right to be here. SI wrongly terminated him , and didnt fairly apply the terms of use that would be an easy case to prove in my opinion if you compare the text of others who are still on SI. there are hundreds who promote their websites and advertise and do the things A@P did, but they are still here. In A@P's case he started going after SI's relationship with another higher profile poster and found out she was paid by SI or recieved payment from SI. I believe that is what prompted his suspension.nothing else.
